Andrew - Sorry to hear that man. I've had a car stolen from me but never a boat. We're down in Maryland and I spend a lot of time in South Florida. As a Cig owner myself (my first Cigarette was the SS version of the 28), I ALWAYS take notice of any Cigarettes. I've only seen a few 28 opens and will be sure to look at the serial numbers of any I see from here on.
