The FORMULA Fastech will be 60-63mph per the factory spec guide. I have found FORMULA's speed estimates to be a little conservative and would expect 63-65mph.

PowerQuest 260 with 496 HO should run 65-67 MPH. Mine went 63 with a stock 454 MAG at 385HP. Now it's a little faster.......

The PQ 280 w/ a 496HO should run 68 - 71 mph.

My old one w/ a 502 would run 68 - 69 and every so often it hit 71.

Reckless288's 288 Sunsation w/ a 496HO runs 69 max but 67 - 68 everyday.

Chris-The 280 has a step hull and the 260 is a traditional bottom. I was just guessing on the 26 at 65-67. I would bet with the right setup, a 260 with an HO would run 70. I test drove a 280 before i bought mine with a 500 HP and it only ran 72 on the GPS.
