Early 70's Thunderbird pics

We have acquired an early 1970's Thunderbird 17' bowrider. We are going to refurbish it and are looking for pictures of how these looked originally. If anyone has any and can post them we'd appreciate it.

Don't have any pics but, a nice example of an early Thunderbird tri-hull is the boat on the TV show Flipper!!!

Nice 23-25 footer with twins!!!! Anyone else realize that boat was a Thunderbird (not to be confused with Formula)??

I knew that!!
If I remember it right it had twin Volvo outdrives too.

What few pic I found of the old TV show this is the best shot. In all the others the boat is barely visible.

Thanks for the replies. The boat we have is a vee hull though not a tri-hull. It has the same lines as the Sweet 16 Donzi.

My Dad bought a new 1964 16' Thunderbird/75 Evinrude but it was a trihull. I remember a few years after they were bought out my Formula and did away with the trihulls.

I have one that looks just like the ad for them from the 1970's. I changed the outboard engine from a Merc 70 to a Evenrude 60 when it went bad.
Original outdoor carpet to Original cover.

Actually the same company. They changed their name after being bought in 1969
