I'm sure this has been engineered into the design, but what happens WHEN a hurricane rolls through there?

Dreamer: Thats funny, I live right down the street from Lincoln Road. I think esquisiteproperties.com is pretty close to where I live.

The groundbreakings have already taken place on a few of the buildings. Two of the lofts are already completed and people have moved in already. As far as Ten Museum Park goes, I believe it is scheduled to break ground in Spring 2004.

SS930: All of the windows on these places are made with high-impact glass and meant to withstand very, very high winds. Probally would need ALOT of windex though. haha.

Happy Holidays,

Josh

$300k does'nt sound all that bad to me for what it looks like...I wonder how much space you get for $300k? 300 sq ft? I saw some condos on the real estate channel and they all were $600k+ up for 22-2500 sq ft, $1.5 mil + up for the penthouses

Need more details. How big are they? Are they finished for 300? Or are you just buying a big empty place. So the buying will have to pay to put in all the interior walls, levels, fixtures etc. Could get spendy real fast.

Caincando1: The places range from about 2000sf all the ways up to over 6000sf. These are lofts, which means yes you are buying a big open space. Keep in mind, there are bedrooms and bathrooms which are separate, but for the most part, the main living areas are just big and open with lots and lots of windows. Many of the units are 2 levels, although some are just on one level. Alot of them also come furnished with stainless appliances in the kitchen, and all come pre-wired for advanced communications (high-speed internet, cable, phone, etc.)
I hope I answered all your questions.
