At 640 pixels, its better. About 71 kb now in size, but a tad blurry. You could read it if you have too. What would be another good size to try? If it was in the 100 to 200 kb range or so, it would be reasonable to try to send still.........

Sorry - that may have appeared sarcastic. It wasn't meant to be. The photo editor I use is just a limited-functionality program (Photoshop LE) that shipped with my Nikon. If you have a fully-functional, licensed version, you should have no problem at all.
Generally, the default image size from a scanner is HUGE. Mine defaults to something like 2048x1536. You can adjust the image size either from the scanner program, or within your photo editor program.

I'll just have to do some experimenting I guess. I just didnt want to keep Too Old waiting. He might do something drastic, like put his boat in the water and come after me!
