O/T XBOX w/ HD adapter?

Anyone have any experience w/ this?
Is is worth having... its not very $$.

I have it. If you've got an HDTV and you appreciate the difference it's worth it. If your stereo reciever has optical digital inputs, you can connect the adapter to your stereo with an optical connector.
