How do you post files HELP!!!

Ok, i know how to attach pics but how the hell do you attach a video clip which you have on your computer? Damn it i'm going crazy here please help a moron :hothead: :hothead:

put it on a hosting site then post the link
what do you think bandwidth is free, :D
