It's 2003 to 2004 so don't forget your blackeye peas...

Ok for those of you NOT from the south, blackeye peas bring good luck each year. So the more you eat the better your new year. So everybody remember to go out and get some blackeye peas... And they're gooood and gooood for you...

Yep, my parents used to make a big ole pot of black eye peas every year for their NYE party. Put a big ham hock in there for flavor. The best! :D

My wife plans on cooking some up for us today.
