I would think that another rule has to be about sitting in the "marooned" boat while drinking a beer (or 12) and making engine noises with your bodily orifices, all the while making believe the interior is in, the gauges all work, the gas tank is full, it's 85 degrees, the water's as flat as piss in a platter, and the bikini-clad women on the pier are all screaming for a "ride",,,,,and the engine isn't spewing oil into the bilge,,,,,,,,,,,,,
