To the best of my knowledge they do not run NOS on diesel engines, they use propane instead. It has the same effect but is also has lubricating effect for the engine.

Cummins 5.9 with Compounding twin turbos, PDR Stupid pump, Ported Head, Real Big injectors and larger lines, O-ringed head, custom fuel system and a Brian’s Truck Shop E4OD transmission and Triple Clutch Torque Converter The truck is owned by MADDOG we made that run at Vegas Speed Way, just after the SEMA show. He currently holds the DHRA record 11.28 @ 118 MPH but his personal best is 11.24 @120MPH, we have dynoed 806RWHP and 1500 FT LBS of torque.
