If she is spraying, its not pee. Cats have anal glands just as dogs do and alot of other critters. That will smell like skunk. If thats what she is doing, its usually because they are upset. Happens alot if you bring a new cat or pet into the house. Its a territorial thing. If she is peeing all over the house, take her to the vet. Urinary problems are very comon in cats and they will do what you describe. So does it smell like pee or skunk? As far as geting the skuk smell out, there is a rememdy for skunk you an find on the internet thats hydrogen peroxcide, dish soap, and water that works better than anything Ive used. My dog likes to play with skunks

check the litter box, also take to vet could have a urinarry infection, common in cats and thats lets them go whenever and wherever like they are spraying.
