My wife and I are making arrangements to fly down late feb early march. We usually go to florida to see family but looking to split the vacation up and spend a few days by the lake and fly off to florida for a few.
"heinekens" where's the budwisers?
Yesterday it was 24 degrees/wind was 23mph-wind chill @ 9 degrees and cost me over $300. to fill my heating oil tank! Who needs a refridgerator when the beer can be kept in the garage?

Where do you boat on the Island ? North end to South end of the lake depending on exactly where you're going is between 17 and 21 miles, a nice 20 to 30 minute ride by boat.

ss 390 where are you?
Rum runner, I'm on the north side of the island. Kind of boring but nice deep water compared to the south shore. Boat is kept in Mt. Sinai harbor during season. You sure have an interesting job!

Pantera572, We are right in between 2 mile creek park and Bethel Park. Probably 3 miles from you. Young Deer is a beautiful place to be, great cove. We ride down there on our jet skies. Are you the one with the ship for a boat? You know the one I'm talking about, the house that takes up a big part of the cove.
