From a good source,Dakota Boats a center console co.has bought out Sonic.They are closing the plant and moving somewhere in North Fla. where they build the fish boats.My source got this from a worker at Sonic.Not as bad as it looks.

If thats true, It just goes to show,these days
you never know whats going to happen.

Was also told the a engine builder was gong to buy or lease the plant.Had 3 call in last hour on this,looks like Richard is gone.Glad Sonic is still around.The info is comming from the workers,there all looking for jobs.

Last word was that they gave up there space at the Miami Boat Show.Nice boat but going to try to get my deposit back,don't need another Powerplay thing.Good luck to the entire Sonic gang WHO EVER YOU ARE,Iam going back to see Reggie.Later all you OSO people

Dakota builds a fine boat, i would talk to them and see what their plans are..

This story seems a little fishy to me. If this was true why would you be so laid back about it. And sonic gang WHO EVER YOU ARE, I would think if you bought a new boat you woud know who they are. and Later all you oso people,hmmmmm, i smell an agenda brewing...:fish: :fish:

SONIC has been for sale for a while now. Richard has always been a gentleman with me but we have had some "agree to dissagree moments" here and there.

Whatever happens - I wish Richard and everyone there the best. :D :D
