Default How far can you go?

between fuel stops?

The question is pertaining to boats between 36 and 50 feet.

Can you go 300 miles between refills? At 80 to 90% of WOT?

If not, how far can you go and how many gallons does your boat hold?

There's a reason behind these questions.

Thanks for the help.

On my last run I got almost 1 mpg. 200 gall tank
The run in Tick Faw in 200 miles long.we usually get gas about 3/4 the way thru the run.

On my old Scarab 80 gall tank .it would get about 55 miles to a tank. You could see the gas gage hand move when you were in the boost We usually filled up twice on the Tick Faw 200 run

I went from Haulover Cut to South Key West and had a 1/2 tank left. Averaged about 75mph not counting idling through the mangroves, and ran wot quite a few times.

Top Gun T/S - 250 gal

It took 190gal when I fueled for the trip back.

Never with that 38.

I've gone 155 Miles GPS on the Cafe (they say 200 gallon capacity). That's as far as I wanted to go, and I was sweatin bullets at the end. Cruised at 3800rpm all day with a few busts I imagine the best I got was 1.1 MPG. 2000 twin 502 MAG mpi's #9400 Boat dry.
