Are you talking about real vinyl or simulated vinyl?

Go to a body shop, they can get it for you. Most of the big names (in professional paints) have a good vinyl dye product in their line-up. ;)

All it is basically is base coat with additive , any automotive paint supplier can help you , you should clean your vinyl with lacker thinner first ,before applying the first coat ,then let it flash { at least 10 min } then scuff it lightly before applying the next coat !
