will do man, thanks a bunch for all the help...it's really educating me on it all.
I didn't explain it all real good....my friend will build the house for about $70/sq foot which is real good....his fee will be 15K. But again I'm real skeptical about it. I have a meeting with another builder tonight so i guess we'll see what happens with that.

yeah thats what I'm saying......the 1st builder we went to was $85 a sq ft, but this was from a real licensed builder that does it for a living.
Another heads up about my friend, he'd be doing it on the side, he does have a day job. I'm kinda stuck in the middle as to what to do. He's got a real nice looking house that he's got a lot of time in.....but will he pay that much attention to mine and be able to focus on getting the job done? Heck I guess I'm better off getting a trusted builder to do the job if I want it done right.
