Stolen Cigarette Recovery Photos (Caution: Explicit)

1 Attachment(s)
For those of you -particularly in the Boston area- that have been following this, here are some updates.

First a shot of before the jerks that stole my boat.
Please note -if any one notices a Cigarette with brand new bolsters (white with Grey bases and Grey Cigarette script -but NO GRAB handles!) please remember there is a cash reward for the recovery of these parts. As well as the radar arch and swim platform -but I'm not holding my breath.

Here we go....

Trailer view in front of the Lexington Police department the day of recovery. Yes, the morons shrinkwrapped it after they stole and stripped it.

Notice anything missing?

:( :( :hothead: :hothead:

Donzi, i'm disgusted just looking at those. I'm sure you are even more disgusted. I live about 15 min away from Lexington. I will be more than happy to start looking in the want ad for parts being sold. The guys must live around this area and one would assume they will be selling those parts in this area. You also might want to send an email to marinas in the area notifying them of the stolen parts in case they come across them. I've enclosed a link that I think will help.

Also, found a radar arch listed for sale on this site.

Arch

BLee 01-08-2004 01:48 PM

Did they actually catch the motherfu(kers?

damdonzi 01-08-2004 01:55 PM

Thanks. Will ad that to my list of sites to keep an eye.

It had an HP500 and a Bravo -but it was so damp that week from snow and rain that the fingerprints were not too clean. (Evidently you need relatively dry climate for a fingerprint to come of and remain clear.)

We have not caught them -yet. I can just see it now -chasing down every boat that looks like it has my stuff in it.

This month is not any easier. Have to decide to rebuild or take the insurance $ to Miami and go shopping.

impulsive 01-08-2004 01:57 PM

Have you had any leads on who did it or on parts for sale that match yours?

damdonzi 01-08-2004 02:02 PM

Not really.

KH0302 01-08-2004 02:14 PM

That truly sucks, bro. :(

I say rebuild. That was a great lookin boat, can be again.

Cord 01-08-2004 02:28 PM

Yes, contact your local marinas. Also keep an eye on ebay. That's where my prop turned up. And a local marina told me about the theft ring that stole it!

Cord 01-08-2004 03:40 PM

Don't know if this is a possiblity...

Did you know that your ad is still up in the classifieds?

Just thought you might want to take it down or put recovered.
