Can you get a DWI on this thing?

Top Speed is 30 mph !!!!!

(Maybe they need to put some kind of seat belt on this thing.)

Wouldn't driving around on a barstool be a dead give away to the cops that you are drunk? Seems like a guaranteed DUI to me.
