Great issue, amazing pictures!

$400K for a Top Gun with 525's?? Does that seem a bit expensive to anyone else? Of course comparing it to the 32', oops... I mean 35' Fountain last month, I guess it's the right money.

Nice boat , great performance numbers, I'm impressed, but the money is getting outa hand for all of them. Looking at the $'s for all of the high profile boats Cig, OL, NT where are all these customers gonna come from ? Oh well I'm just glad they keep coming cause I love looking at all the new stuff !

Thats just the list. They can be bought for far less.

For what it's worth ....... I thought that was the best issue of PBM I've seen in a LONG time !!!!!!!!

I agree TO, it's crazy, even OL owners are taking big hits the first year. I love to buy new as much as anyone but I think there is something to be said for "slightly used" these days...

And this IS the best issue I have seen in a while, the photos are great, lots of daylight under those hulls!!:eek:

Thank God people still buy new so some of us can buy slightly used for much less.

Powerboat must be feeling the heat from Extreme Boats so they are "kicking it up a notch".

Wait till you see our next issue. I'll bring a few hundred copies to the Winter OSO gathering in VA later this month.

They say $ 10,000 rebate on any 20'-40' outlaw from dealers inventory? Must be a mis-print...usually the 10K was for the 40' only :confused:

I studied that for a second also.
The catch is in the "up to" phrase.
There's also an asterisk in there. ;)

They do need to kick it up.

Look at all the other Hot Rod type magazines out there . They do build up on motors ,how to section,events, They do articles on other peoples cars .any reader rides?

All Power Boat wants to do report on New boats that the advertisers sell.lets see some of the regular people boats and what they have done to them.

Like the Poker Runs Amer mag, it shows the boat but doesn't tell what it is ,year,power and speed ?

Sure, they'll let you back... just think how much better the front of their place will look with your ride tied up to those rickety docks!?;)

And if you work nights, and are on the board all day... what, are you part vampire? :p You get to sleep... when!?;)

Tom just came by with issue #5. Great story on his 50!
Now the bad news. This is the first issue I've seen since #2. The mag looks a lot better since then but you guys need to get a handle on deliveries.
