All we can all do is try and keep what we have left and from there try and build some sort of monument or show place so that we never forget.

Yellow,

If I am not mistaken, in order for emminant (sp?) domain to be used, the city has to show how it will improve the area to benefit the community at-large. It is also my understanding, and I may be wrong, that it cannot be used for private purposes. So, if the city is trying to take it by ED, and then turns the property over to a private develop developer, I BELIEVE that falls outside the constraints of the statute. Best wishes and don't give up!

I was also getting the chills. And a real feeling of sadness. I have never physically been there, but my heart goes out to all those who have literally lived AND died for this sport that we are all SO fortunate to know and love....

RIP 188
