I watched this race last week and was ticked that Vuilleman block passed Windham and then when Windham EJECTED him off the track,, talk about pay back.. LOVED IT :D:D

I sure miss the grudges in motorcrss racing.:rolleyes: :D

That was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!

I Used that move on WickedWon 2 years ago at the LEOPA poker run :D :D

McGrath was my boy, but he got old and slow too fast. Used to love the Bradshaw/Matasivich(sp) battles.

Carmichael is out w/ a busted up knee from trying to ride the 450 four stroke. Can't wait to see Stewart and Carmichael battling.. Stewart is faster than anyone I have ever seen..

McGrath was unreal, however let's back it up just a bit in history... anyone remember Jeff Stanton!? That dude could ride - Daaaammmmmmnn!

I do have to agree with Chris232, Damon was one of the all-time bad boys of the sport, it was like watching a hockey game on dirt with him!:p

How about, Roger DeCoster? Bob Hannah? Broc Glover? Ken Howerton? Malcom Smith? Jeff Ward?

Ohhhhhhhhh VB, you are sooo showing your age!!!;) Hurricane Hannah and Wardy (as in Jeff, not our Dave) were great!! Although if I met Dave, I would prob. think the same - seems like a nice guy;)

How about Gary Bailey on an old Bultaco ???? And then his kid David didn't due too bad there for a while either ... He does a good job calling the races now . Man that's a LONG time ago !!!

David Bailey did the Boston Marathon in his wheel chair a few years ago... (my sister worked the race) said he was the nicest guy!

No offense to Stanton, Rick Johnson and the other boys, but today's riders would literally blow them away. sure they were fast for their day, but I don't think they would be any competition for Carmichael, Stewart and todays stars..

P.S. hear Windham was fined 10 points for that move..

I'd buy that .... the bikes are WAY better today AND these guys seem alot stronger physically .... the riders today have got to sdend more time workin out just to keep up !!! Just like say watchin baseball on ESPNClassic .... the players look like twigs compared to say most second basemen on any given team today !!!
