Audio I have about 3000 ft right now enough to fit 2 42' boats comfortably side by side. Engines will be already assembled when they come here as that is done at another locale for now. I plan on growing into a bigger facility as money permits optimum would be about 10,000 ft.

Holy crap, I grew up in Crown Point, and I know exactly where your at, next time I am down there I'll have to get Grady and we can stop by (if you don't mind) and check it out.
