I boated in Cali. In San Diego. Real nice place and beautiful water front. We can party here too. We've been known to drink some booze. One night after a poker run we raced the trucks and boats home on the highway and had the whole police force waiting for us when we got back in town. We had a poker run on the highway.Now thats a party!!:) :)

I dont get it - Rhode Island is one of the greatest boating areas in the world. Delaware is virtually ALL ocean, and there's NO tax. Hawaii is an effin' ISLAND, and Utah has LAKE POWELL.
Also, not ONE state has only one member representin'.

I could be THE MAN in any one of those states. I'm packin my bags.
