I noticed that this truck you are showing the photos of is a crew cab. Very nice. I have the 99' extra cab version where all the doors open, rears doors open the opposite way. Have you seen any speaker set ups that fits with this type of vehicle???? Mine is very much a duplicate of this one.

Let me go down to the local dealer and take a couple measurments and get back with ya. I've only messed with the extended cab chevys lately and really cant remember what the back seat looks like in a ford right now.

Dont know about the Kenwoods first hand, but have messed with both the pioneer and panasonics. I for myself prefer teh pioneer have had the same unit for close to 3yrs and only updated the nav disk with no trouble. The voice recon system can be a trick to get used to saying what you are looking for with it coming up with something different. I will take some photos of my install on my gmc truck and post later.

Hard on...do you need any special tools to remove the OEM unit?? I noticed there are 4 holes in the face of the unit. Are they for a hex key or something??
