New 42 by Hydra

Here is the latest project by Hydra Powerboats:
A 42ft 2 Step Vee w/8' 10" beam cureently weighing in @ 3,100 pounds in these pics. Inside cabin has a Max height of 6' 2". Hey DaveP may even be able to stand straight up in this thing!:D :D :D The boat consists of Epoxy, Carbon Fiber, Kevlar, and Composite Panels with Balsa. |

There is no need to hide anything because the glasswork is perfect. He is one of the few CUSTOM BOAT BUILDERS left around here in NJ. He will fabricate whatever is wanted by the customer. |
I was with Sharkey when he was snapping these pictures. The 42' would be great with a canopy on it for any of the Super V classes today. The work this guy does is just unbelievable. He does not get the recognition he deserves but is by far one of the top boat builders in the country.

Sharkey, any more on the 32' ?.....I've been checking your site, and was wondering where this one stood. Glad it's going to hit the water this summer. Is this boat going to stay in NJ?
