just kill the tree off and make it so you "have" to remove it because it is a safty hazard.... I do believe if memory serves me correctly that ways of doing this have been discussed...

GL didn't meen to offent you, just havin some fun. and you are right I am the worst offender. sometimes I can get out of hand, most can't hold a candle to me when it comes to the party dept. but trust me I usually pay for it the next day.
