Need an empty boat trailer moved from San Diego, CA to Missouri
Does anyone have an empty trailer hitch coming from So Cal to the Mid West? I'd be happy to help defer fuel and expenses, but would prefer not to hire a transport company just to make this trip.
I'm buying a steel trailer for a 38' boat and need to get it to MO. I ESTIMATE it weighs around 3000 lbs, so any full size truck or SUV should have little trouble pulling it. Don't yet know about the tongue weight of the trailer without a boat. ***PLEASE NOTE: The brakes don't work on the trailer, so a full size truck should be fine. A small or mid-size truck/suv might be okay pulling the trailer, but I don't want to encourage it.*** If anyone is making part of the trip part along the way, and are willing to help, please let me know that too. We may leapfrog the trailer to MO. Chart [email protected] 636-236-7274 |

Hey Mike!
I could meet someone part way if someone on the west coast was looking for a partial road trip. |
Gordo, that'd be great. Maybe Phantom Ciaos could bring it when he comes to admire LOTO.

I'll split the transpo charges if I can set my boat on it until the 1st of May. I need a trailer to store my boat on in Havasu until after the Spring Poker Run.

When? I may have a friend heading that way in the next 2 weeks.

Cigarette1: That does not work with my schedule, but it is a generous offer on your part and I like to help fellow OSOers, so I'm considering it. It's not my first choice, but it's certainly not the last one either.
