Greg do you by any chance have a picture of the sides of your back seat? That is what I am having the most trouble figureing out.

Surprisingly, no, not really. You can see a little of it here, there are "armrests" on each side. It's supposed to be warm tomorrow so I may get a chance to open the cover and take a better picture.

The sides are almost exact copies of the side of the front bolsters, which you can see in the original picture.
