By the way $$$$$$ doesn't always BUY a winning team IE NY Rangers & NY Knicks both also have the highest payrolls and both also .... SUCK :( ;)

... and NOPE again. Jeter is staying put at SS, as Captain of the NY Yankees and the one with the rings! A-Rod to 3rd base where he's played only 1 game ... an All-Star game in 2001 (?) 2nd base still up in the air. We had no 3rd baseman anyway, with Boone gone, so A-Rod will be an improvement ;)

Want to bet that in the next couple of years, NY will have a second baseman named Nomar?? :eek:

The Red Sox organization can't honestly expect Nomar to give his best effort after they made a very public effort to replace him.
