Architect Needed anyone???
 

Need some one to give me advice on plans I have for a new construction, what should I pay per sq. ft. for updated plans.

My firm usually doesn't charge by sq/ft.
Our fees run between 10%-15% of the cost of construction.
We also charge an hourly rate depending on the services rendered.
Usually $150/hr.

I am getting some done right now......50 cents sq/ft and 25 cents for bonus and any other room like that. Not too bad.
