OT: Anyone try Cortislim?
I want to get back to 175 lbs from 195lbs, is this stuff another scam or has anyone gotten results. I don't mind exercise, I just don't like feeling hungry.
Thanks |

I saw it work for him, you can still have large meals. No breads or pasta and no carb's if I remember correctly. Yes.....but it's the worst thing you could do for your heart. Dr. Atkins died of heart disease. |

News released last week......heart disease.

Atkins is probably OK for a diet but not a lifestyle. I lost 50 pounds in 5-6 months doing Atkins and Metabolife (ephedra). Probably not real good for me but better than the 50 pounds extra I was carrying. No ephedra is illegal cause it kills people right...unlike obesity, smoking, alcohol etc

That's why I was wondering about cortislim. I know the ups and downs of Adkins.

just buy a boat you can't afford, pour all your money into it you won't have any $$$$ to eat.

If you want to loose weight, just ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes every other day. Once you break a sweat, your system goes into a high burn mode that lasts for 48 hours.
Simple and natural. |
