Loto, working with steel you might want to look into Dock building also.
From what I've seen, is that anyone that moves to LOTO and keeps the same work ethic as they had in "the City" can be sucessfull in just about anything!! Problem is that after a while the OZARKS take there toll on the person and they start getting up when they want working until about noon, take a hour for liquid lunch (read BEER) then work until about 3pm and call it a day!!

There's not too many places nicer than Winnipesaukee but the two week long summer really sucks.
