DC Boat show
 

Anyone going to the DC boat show at the new convention center tomorrow? I know after the Miami show it will be a huge letdown but some of us that couldn't go to Miami need a fix.

Nope! Don't expect alot of performance boats!! Mostly fishing and cruisers, but the usual vendors will be present. I always get some beef jerkey from that guy every year, that stuff is great!!:D :D And the guy with the super absorbent towel!! It's always alot of fun!!

Even though we did go to Miami, we plan on being at the DC show Sat. afternoon. Boats and cold beer.

I don't plan on going. I'll probably go to the Chantilly show if I am not boating by then.

I will probably stop in tomorrow. B&P, I will bring your magnets if/when I do. I know Offshore Performance is going to be there.

I will be there probably tonight- sunday. Selling ski boats for a buddy of mine. I will be working the chessie marine booth.

Close to 60 degrees tommorrow Boys and Girls!!!! Forget the boat show, let's go BOATING :D :D :D

Craig...good seeing you in Miami. I was thinking the same thing but my insurance lay-up is through Feb. Knowing my luck I would hit something. So we decided we would ride with you!! Just kidding.

Ours is still in Ohio being worked on so that is out of the question...and we need to shop for a lift anyway....hope to see some of you tomorrow.

B&P, got too many things to do this weekend, won't be coming down. On the upside, I will be heading down to the marina just to check on my baby, before coming back to work.

My dad went last night and said it was mostly fishing boats and there wasn't many vendors. Not sure if I'll go today or not.

Craig, Tim's is open, and I think Tim's II and Giligans are too...... :D

Should be down tommorow for a few hours, kinda curious how it is in the new conv center.

Went this morning with my oldest kid (she's 5). Metro is doing maintenance on the Red Line so the delays were outrageous. Descent stuff, nothing extraordinary. The only performance boats are some Formulas and a couple Donzi's.
