I'm proud of this one
 

Over the last three days my brother and I built this on the ramp, towed it about a mile, installed it and lifted a 32 Chris Craft weighing around 12K. This lift is a 15K, back in under power with a platform to play with the drives.

This is 8 at night, too dark and the platform is wet. Did I mention the high today was 36, it snowed, and I had my paws in the lake about 100 times? They were numb a couple of times.

i had one of these kind of lifts on my old boat ,Iwish I had the platform it would have been nice. Mine was a hydrohoist for 6000 lbs . They charged me 300.00 to put it together and install it.i thought this was a bargin.it took them 11 hours that day.

good luck with your new lift ,remember to not put it in gear and hit the pontoons:eek: :D

Yep, did same thing last yr. Assembled it in my garage on the trailer, then towed it 2 hrs to the lake were we installed the arms. Had to leave arms off because they made it 12' wide. Too many mail boxes to replace. ;)

10k# GalvaLift. Looks to be exactly the same as the polylifts.

We have a 12K back in on the yard for a 40' 90 Formula, hope it's sunny next week so I can get some decent pics.
