Weird OSO sighting in NC
I went down to Lake Norman to see some investmet properties.
I posted here & made contact with our very own "Charmed1".
The weather is what makes this "weird".
Well, the weather could have been better. 16" of snow set the record for snowfall in NC . You should have seen the locals attempting to drive, very amusing!!
BUT.....Charmed1, after postponing our first meeting & wanting to show me the listings and tell me more about the area, rescheduled it in the height of the storm.
All I can say is we had a great night, sharing stories, cocktails & MANY laughs with Charmed & her boyfriend.
Oh yeah, we even talked business!!!
All I can say is if you ever need a broker, Charmed1 is your girl. Very professional, charming and she is a super HOTTIE to boot (just don't tell he boyfriend I said that).
Another GREAT OSO success story!!!
Talk to ya soon A.!

David, It was definitely a pleasure to meet with you, we had a great time in spite of the weather. I still think you brought the weather with you. 2nd largest snow fall since "1969" By the way David also taught me something during his visit. There is a plant here in N.C. that seems to be a treasure. It is called "Button Bush", yes that is the name of it. I am doing some research on this plant because rumor has it if it is on property you are interested in you can't touch it. We shall see what pops up with the Button Bush??? By the way Happy Belated Birthday and I won't tell him if you don't
