Default Push-Button Ignition -how did they do that?

I've read in a couple of tests recently in Powerboat and Hot Boat magazine that some of the models had push-button ignitions. Anyone know how they are doing this and what vendors they are using for the parts to make it happen?

It's magic!!!

The key turns on the ignition, and there is a separate switch to hit the starter.

That's exactly how I did mine. Of course, the key really does nothing as it could be easily jumpered on the back side. I figured that if somebody was going to jump the ignition switch, that I'd at least make it a bit painful and time consuming for them. So I wired the start side to a car siren.

It's a simple job. all you need to do is wire in a ford starter solenoid and add the push button. Most all race cars have this setup.
