I saw this at the Eliminator Factory. The story has it the owner has two of these. One on the east coat and one on the West coast. Must be nice.

the SE50 superhawk is a SWEET setup. Shes pretty quick, near 70 witaht full cabin that is actually usable, galley, enclosed head with shower, and seperate sleeping cabin.
65 isn't stupid fast by any means but its pretty good considering she weight 14k lbs. |
Oh dang!!!! If he's not using the trailer and hauler in April.....give me a call!! :D :D :D

Cool doesn't begin to tell all about this trip to Eliminator..... we were also interviewed by Powerboat Mag and we were invited ( & went with Bob Leach) to a Hot Boat photo shoot. Fountain38 was in the boat with Bob Leach & may be in the new Eliminator sales brochures!! Incredible trip!:D
|
Where do you find a ramp for that thing, even if you got it in where would you park. I would have three, need one in MI also:D
|
Wow, that setup is sick! Imagine cruising down the freeway and seeing THAT come by you!?!?
Instant woody!:D |
AUSOME!!!!

I have always wanted a Peterbilt for a tow vehicle. Here is a link for these conversions...
Lone Star Haulers These are fantastic trucks, but they would require you to stop and wait in line at all of the weigh stations. If you were to go one step further and buy a toterhome, you could tag it as a private motorcoach and bypass the scales. Maybe there is a way around it with these Peterbilt conversions. I'm not sure, but if somebody wants to buy me one of these trucks I'll gladly find out! :D |
if you put private haul on it ,you don't have to stop.
|
When we raced Sprint cars we ran simular rigs, set up with Motorhome tags and you don't even need CDL license :D :D :D
|
DAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!
|
Wow, that is definatly a nice tow rig, im sure very roomy and nice inside.
|
The reason this is at Eliminator is they are doing a retrofit of the intrumentation for the owner. The original equipment dash is a computer display screen & was defective. The manufacturer is out of business and Eliminator is custom fabricating "burl mahogany (??)" dash panels and installing all new analog gauges and sensors. Seems like a step back, but ya' gotta do what ya' gotta do!! The new dash panels are awesome!! The burl costs $400.00 per sheet !! Can't make mistakes at that rate.;)
|
I want to hear more about the trip!!!! Fountain38 spill it.

Blown........Like this? :D :D :D :D Thinking about carbonfiber dash and new color LCD radar myself!
|
Phantom- pretty close, just the tint is different... not as dark. Yours sure looks good tho'...... That's more stuff on the dash than I have ever seen on a Formula. Did you ever sell the 312?? Curious as mine is now for sale.
Eyezlee.... ya' should of been there. I cannot begin to tell all that happened..... Big Bear lake, Elsinore, Snow, cuties, boats, Legends, etc... just on and on!! |

Hot Duck....collect the change that falls out of your pockets and that should more than cover it!!!! :D :D :D :D
|
nort did you get a sunseeker apache?
|
oh also, if if you have "private, not for hire" on your tow rig you are still supposed to stop at weight stations. We've been hassled in the dually with the 45' race trailer. I can get away with my truck and the little 20'.
Motorhome registration does get around the CDL thing though. |

PhantomChaos: I wish that were true! I was loaded the other day when I sold the race boat, but then I had to go pay the bank.
