Jeff: Thanks very much for the offer, but it was a couple of days too late. Just bough another engine yesterday. Maybe next time....

Started this thread back in March and heard nothing but negative things about this engine. Also, they were the least responsive company I've dealt with in a long time. 3 calls to get more information and quote and no reply? Businees must be *really* good to blow off $20K deals like this. My. 02.

My friend told me yesterday that TEAGUE has (2) 700HP naturally aspirated motors that are brand new (with warranty) for asking price of $16K each. I would be on this like white on rice if I had the $$$

I would beware of Teague, think about what kind of parts went into the engine to make it so affordable. The last thing you want to skimp out on is the motors on a boat. I would rather have 700hp EFI reliable power for $30k instead of 2 700Hp n/a motors built by who knows with what parts....

I promise this motor will outlast and outrun the Teague and ASM package...I spent over $20k with ASM and I wil never give them another dime

I can only speak to my personal experience, but I have called ASM about four times with questions regarding their fuel injection system on my engines. In every case they have been helpful, providing information, diagrams, dyno sheets, etc.

I was just trying to be helpful. I have a good friend who knows everyone at Teague and got the "scoop". ALSO, don't judge until you have all the info. The Teague motors were built for a very good client of theirs, then he (the client) decided he wanted to build different motors. Teague is just trying to get rid of them, brand new, warranty, etc...
