Michigan / boat cover need repair?

I live in the St. Clare Shores area and I need a cockpit cover ether fixed or repaired. Its for a 26ft scarab cv, not a huge cover. I had a quote of 750.00 just to remake mine. Can be saved but if price was right I would like a new one.

750 sounds high for cocpit cover...400 range new?
