They listed it for sale at $80k at Typhoon a while back. I guess it is at $85k now.

1995 36 Apache $85,000

T- 800SC Mercs, 75hrs, Speedmaster #3 Drives, AM/FM Stereo, Nice Graphics, Great Boat for an Apache Fan!

Listed for 99K now... It's going to a 105,000 on the next site

What would estimate the true value?

I think it was a repo of some sort.

I'd probably value the boat somewhere in the $60-70K range. The guys @ Typhpoon are great people, but I would really have this boat looked over good, by a third party.

Fred

or just call Bobby S. He built it.

I did a survey on that boat when it was here (S. Florida)at National Marine Liquidators. Boat needs a lot of work.

Well there ya go. now we know. Saved me a trip I was gonna head down to look at it with a friend this weekend.

There are several Apache's in that neck of the woods. I was down there a few years back with a friend to buy 1, But he came home with a Hustler instead.

Sorry - boat was listed with us from day 1 at $85,000. Never $80,000

As for the condition of the boat:

Owner has 2 boats - 36 Apache & 42 Fountain. HAs decided to sell both and go for new.

The 36 was used 6-8 times this summer here in NJ.

Hull graphics are fine. I would re-shoot clear on the deck.

I would replace the cockpit interior. Cabin interior is fine.

Motors - last re-done by Bobby Moore. Has 75hrs on them. Boat was a repo as stated before so we do not have any paperwork on the engines. We would welcome a survey on the boat as well as the motors.

Several pics are here: http://www.typhoonperformancemarine.com/brokerage.htm

CAPO you haven't bought a boat yet? What are you looking for? I have a 29' Mach 1 with twins I may sell, it is at STS HP having interior work done.
