Joe needs to be made aware that he has someone answering the phone that may not sound proper at times or is not delivering a proper 'smile' when answering it. 'Smiling' on the phone is what its all about today when you are in a retail business. People are too finicky and egotistical nowadays to put up with poor phone performance, let alone when they feel like they are being shunned or slighted.

If Joe doesnt make an appropriate personel move here, the amount that it will cost him per year (in lost net business revenue ) is staggering.

Super Temoli, are you going to cover that lost net amount for Joe, since you seem to think its OK to overlook it ?

















Didnt think so. The best thing that you can do for him, as his business associate and friend, is to let him know about this thread and the issue at hand.
