I live in Cameron Staion in Alexandria and the HOA is so bad they were giving me grief about my Whaler in the garage!! As far as I am concerned if my garage door closes it is no longer thier problem!! I'm done with HOA's!!! We're looking in the quadrant defined by Cedar, Park, Electric, and Maple. Lots of boats in the driveways and even a Formula 311 SR1 (late 80's early 90's me thinks) in some guys side yard....

Most excellent! I have battled my HOA and won so far (paint on my house)! We have a friend in Falls Church with a Formula 357 next to the house.

Not impossible to find a house without HOA but darn right difficult!

There's no HOA and I used to keep a 20' jet boat on the street with no complaints. It's gotta long enough driveway to keep the boat too.

If the deal falls through I'll give you a call.

Kieth, I just tried the one you attached above and it was to big. I'm now passed my technical prowess and need help.

By the way, speed boaters like to drink so my current avartar won't phase them

Hmm, don't know if they shrunk the avatar size max or what. I tried to shrink it under 8k, and it looks horrible.
