Boss252....I just happen to have a hand-held GPS too...that should put an end to it. Although, I'm sure I will get a million excuses along with the slower GPS reading......it's full of gas, it's windy, it's calm, the gas is old, I'll probably even hear that the GPS is inaccurate.

I have friends like that too, have you been told that the speedo is more accurate than the GPS? Its amazing what stories people wil come up with just so they don't have to admitthat you're right

105MPH.....it really amazes me sometimes of the BS stories/excuses that I hear. I love facts and it drives me nuts when I hear something that isn't even close. At that point, 99% of the time I am just humble in knowing the truth but 1% of the time, it's fun to call them on it you know? Then see their reaction when they try to scramble to think of another excuse.

And just where would that be Cig?

I think I will venture on over there to see if I can feel some of the love.

Hey Macklin (or perhaps Cigarette1),

Last time I checked there seemed to be quite a bit of man-love going around in this thread HERE

And to think that poor thread was started with such a beautiful picture and it's now ruined.

I hope that's not the kind of love Cigarette1 is looking for!!

Just end all the speculation and get somebody on board with a GPS and let it tell the story.

BTW My little 24 Outlaw will run 73 on GPS ANYTIME.

Hmm...if that's true, then I wonder why the 30 Cig that dreamer sea-trialed is slower than my boat with the same power and cost 60K more.

By the way, I'm not bashing - I'm just trash talking.

It's not all about speed ... there's also the competition at the dock ... (attention) if you know what I mean.

Not bashin', just trashin'
