Wow! I just started taking the PADI course last week! Very excited to do my first ocean dive!

So Dave, did you ever get certified?

yep years ago, wish I got out and dove (dived? . . . diven? . . .lol) more often, I really enjoyed it. I really think it was important to be certified when I was boat racing as well, I think it should be required.

Agree with Dave,,,, As a PADI Dive instructor,,, I "highly encourage" everyone on my team to be 100% comfortable under water,,, and spend time certifying them each year before the racing season starts,,..... Air is like Sex,, people take it for granted , until they are not getting any,,,,,,,,,

A really important thing to do when you are Scuba Diving is BREATHE and than BREATHE again.

Kinda like walking around above water accept you don't have some funny tasting rubber thing in your mouth that if you suck on it you BREATHE.

And if you are doing it in the Gulf bring a Speargun and a bangtip, we have Great Whites here now

I'm good thanks! Looks like we may have made it through the winter finally.... Tough to do anything in power sports in the North during sub zero weather....

Getting the Flat Deck is keeping my mind off the winter and looking forward to summer!:bananalove: I talked to the previous owner, and he told me that the building it is stored in on his property had the door plowed in due to the snow they had... Said it's going to take a few weeks to melt.... I'm thinking by the end of this month I should be good to go get her.....:D:D
