I say stick with Merc, they work now and have a ton of R&D behind them.

Yea right, I believe that. The bean counters are looking for the lowest cost supplier for the product.

Fram PCS5059M, 11" long rated at 100gph. These are what you want when only the best will do.

I'm running Racor #S3232UL filters on 600 Innovations. They have an aluminum separator bowl with a drain plug that screws onto the bottom of them, so you just change the element itself. Just changed them after 4 1/2 seasons and 4000 gallons of fuel - no problems.

Mr Bravo, Grand HAven is easy, they are right on the water so you can walk to any spot, try and get a slip early, they go fast. The Muni is close, The Warf is also close to DT. Holland is another story, there are no marinas near DT. You can stay at a few but would need a car to get to the good rest. in DT. There are plenty of transient slips here. Give me a call when you get here, I am up for dinner and could get you where you need to go. I am on the North side of the lake, very close to Anchorage marina. 616-786-2205, ask for Jim. This is a 1/4 mile from my house. There is a rest. there also and one a close walk. Sunday is weird here, little open due to the Dutch community. Call me at 616-886-0077 and we can hook up, I plan on being on the water that day, I may race my truck on sat. It is Diesel Day at Martin Drag Strip, I am looking for 11 at 119
