Yes. A definite handicap.
That's why all boats that don't have steps aren't allowed to race with the step hull crowd. They are relegated to the "special olympics"... |
Maybe we should have a fundraiser for non-stepped hulls. Use the funds to buy some (bigger) blowers for their motors...
