Anything will gelcoat blister and delam left in the water long enough, and quality of water matters, too. The osmotic process will happen, sooner or later. I'm not defending SeaRay in any way because I know zip about any history of Pachangas with hull problems. What's this particular 32's history I wonder. I talked to a man the other day that left a (I dont know what)boat in the lake over the summer and drove it only once or twice, when he pulled it out the whole freakin bottom was blistered major league. :( (THEJOKER knows this fellow, older guy named Bill drives a white van)

I wonder if there's a surveyor report somewhere that breaks down root cause, being design, poor QA, poor materials, etc.

Anyone?

Blisters

I have a link to it somewhere but I believe a study was done and it was an uncured or improperly mixed resin. And the juice in the blister becomes acidic and so forth ..
BAD

I agree, definately not banging a patchanga. I personally like them. In this case, trying to help a customer who has a problem needing repair.
