How much should I be expecting to pay for new 2500 Avalanche with 4:10 gears?
I am on the West Coast. Thanks. |

Depends
Price for a 2500 Avalalanche should be around $42-44k list depending on items.
GMS pricing (employee) is as low as you can get is around 18% off this price. GM Supplier is 5% higher. Then there are rebates and other incentives. Make sure to check on these. Prices in California are higher from a retail perspective, some dealers put surcharges on. Hear is the MSRP invoice for my 2004 Av. Took a new girl out in it for the first time tonight. "At least its not a Ford." :D :D :D |
Thanks for the info.
I knew the Troutman would be lurking. Unfortunately, I don't have the stripes to bash supremo whoro, (sp?) but what else can be said that already hasn't? Eh? Other than....................... Fords Suck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And Troutly likes it up the ...........................!!!!!!!!! :p :p : I only received this info from other members. If this is not true, Sorry. Thanks you very much!:D |
We just traded in our Avalanche( 5 months old 9000 miles) fully loaded Z71 and got a whopping $28,000 trade:eek:
We traded for a Dodge 2500 CTD 600 4x4 Laramie, they also gave us the keys to the SRT and let us go for a test drive. We might have 3 black Dodges in the family soon:cool: |
I just bought a new Chevy 3/4 crew cab last month. Try http://www.edmunds.com I found their pricing info was pretty helpful. I got my truck for slightly less than what Edmunds bottom line was.
I was never really a fan of the Avalanche. I have seen a few recently without all that plastic crap on the sides and they looked pretty good. Is that an option? |
Magnum
From Chevrolet.com
Avalanche: $4,500 cash back and $ 1000 off for Sun and Sound package. I love my 2500 AV. Ignore Troutly, if it doesn't have a bubble-gum mach. on the roof he doesn't like it.:D Drive one at the dealer, their versatility will sell you. Or not. It is one of those vehicles you luv or hate. Wannabe |
I bought an '04 AV 2500 with the 8.1 4x4 and 4.10 rear last December, fully loaded with 10 position leather seats, DVD, 6 CD, roofrack, power/heated retractable mirrors, HD 12k towing package, etc. Every option, and with the cash back/rebates, GM Supplier Discount (my wife is a partner at Accenture) I ended up paying $33k on a $46k list price.
As mentioned, you either love or hate the looks, but I love the truck. The versatility is awesome. I had conventional SUV's before, but none of them could haul 2 complete Big Blocks with Velvet Drives attached. |
