Baltimore Marine center is very cool, over night there all the time you can walk from the marina to Canton which is party town when the lights go off and you can take a cab to Federal Hill not to mention Bay Cafe is next to the marina

Marina's around Baltimore

If you're just looking for great boat ramps and a place to leave your truck and trailer, then Sandy Point State Park would be my pick. It's right at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and not far from Baltimore, Annapolis, Or kent Narrows (Red Eye's Dock Bar), a must see on Sat. or Sun.
