Default Mazda Millenia

Anyone have a Mazda Millenia? What are your thoughts. How is the leg and head room in these? Any problems with them?

My Dad is on his second one. The first one he leased..it was the first, and probably the last time he's leased a car. I do it all the time, so he figured he'd give it a shot. Turned out he loved the car.
When the lease was up, he gave it back and bought a new one. All total, I guess he's been driving one for close to 5 years now, and has yet to have a single problem. Oh, and he's 6'4", drives with the seat back as vertical as it can go, and fits fine.
I think it's a great car, especially for what he paid for it. (Low 20's??, and it's got everything except the supercharger.)

I'm turning a leased one in now, no problems except the 2.5 6 cylinder requires premium gas

The standard 2.5 requires premuim? I could understand with the supercharged 2.3, but a regular 2.5. Well, so much for that.

HebertNecessity, are you sure about the non-supercharged motor requiring premium? My Dad can be pretty cheap, so I can't really see him buying something that required premium fuel. Especially not twice.
Come to think of it, I was with him a few weeks ago when he filled it up, and I could swear it was with regular.

I have a 2.5 non supercharged motor and the gas cap has biggggg letters "premium recommended". I've put 74k on this car and thats the facts, it also spins high. 70 mph is about 3000rpms my new car a GMC Envoy is spinning 2000 at 68mph

Hmmm. Either he's not as cheap as I thought, or he just ignores the recommendation.
Not surprised at the rpm diff. between the Envoy and the Mazda. I used to alternate between a Honda Prelude and a V-10 Excursion..talk about a difference in highway rpms.

Interesting. I will not buy one and run premium. I am getting rid of my truck mainly because of the gas mileage. I will not buy a car and then run premium. I guess that I need to look into that. Thanks.
